Below are the easy steps to a worry free, patent award program that will meet and exceed your expectations. Stellar Kent Corporation (SKC) has provided awards to the USA’s top patent earners since 2004. Let our team guide you every step of the way.

Pricing: Request a quote based on your award selection and estimated yearly order quantity. A rendering is available with a quote.
Award Data: Provide the data — patent number, application number, trade secret, or other data — in a spreadsheet. Templates are available. (See below)
- Once your program has started and your order placed, you will receive a proof before award production.
Corporate Logo: Provide your corporate logo in a vector file format. Most common vector file formats: .eps, .svg, or .ai. Vectorized files are required for perfect logo reproduction.
Sample: This is the best way to show your team the quality and value these awards represent. SKC offers a standard award sample for programs with 50 or more yearly awards at no cost. Smaller programs pay a fee for this sample. Allow approximately 4-5 weeks for production.
Onboarding: If required, onboarding emails are provided to your customer service representative. Provide a purchase order if your company requires one.
Place Order: Prepare your Excel list with all pertinent patent data including patent number, inventor name(s), grant date and a title. If the order will be drop shipped, provide the ship-to addresses in the provided template. Order size will determine production time, generally between 4-8 weeks-email orders to: orders@stellarkent.com.

Confirmation: Receive an order confirmation with order details including the scheduled ship date.
Proofs: Receive proofs and approve or request changes.
Ship: Order is shipped. Awards may be shipped to USA and international locations and drop shipped to multiple locations. Shipping fees can be invoiced to your company or choose to ship on your corporation's shipper account.
Tracking: After shipment, tracking numbers are emailed to you and anyone else you designate.
Invoice: Let us know how you'd like to receive your invoice. We invoice on most platforms. Pay by credit card, check, or ACH.
